Ordering & Pricing
5 questionsMinimum order quantities vary by product. Most printed items like business cards start at 100 units, while branded merchandise such as mugs and water bottles can be ordered from as few as 10-12 units. Each product page displays the specific minimum order quantity.
Click the "Request a Quote" button on any product page or visit our quote page. Fill in your requirements including quantity, customization details, and upload your artwork. Our team will respond with a detailed quote within 24 hours on business days.
Yes! We offer tiered pricing on all products. The more you order, the lower the unit price. Volume pricing tiers are displayed on each product page. For very large orders (1,000+ units), contact us for special bulk pricing.
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa & Mastercard), and cheques for corporate accounts. For orders above KES 50,000, we offer flexible payment plans — 50% deposit and 50% on completion.
Yes. Log into your account to view your order history and re-order any previous item with one click. Your artwork and specifications are saved, so repeat orders are processed faster.
Customization & Design
5 questionsWe accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF (vector formats preferred), PNG, and JPG (minimum 300 DPI). Vector files produce the best print quality. If you only have a low-resolution file, our design team can recreate it for a small fee.
Absolutely! Our in-house design team can create logos, brochures, packaging designs, and marketing materials from scratch. Design services start from KES 2,000 depending on complexity. We provide up to 3 revision rounds.
Yes. We always send a digital proof (mockup) for your approval before production begins. You can request changes at the proof stage at no extra cost. Production only starts after you give written approval.
Options vary by product and include: screen printing, embroidery, sublimation printing, laser engraving, debossing/embossing, full-color digital printing, heat transfer, and UV printing. Each product page lists the available customization methods.
Yes, we offer sample production for most products. Sample fees vary by product but are typically 2-3x the unit price. Sample fees are credited back when you place the full order. Turnaround for samples is 3-5 business days.
Delivery & Shipping
4 questionsStandard production takes 5-10 business days depending on the product and quantity. After production, delivery within Nairobi is 1-2 business days. Upcountry deliveries take 3-5 business days via courier. Express production (2-3 days) is available for an additional fee.
Yes, we deliver countrywide across Kenya through trusted courier partners. We also ship internationally to East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda) and worldwide upon request. International shipping costs are quoted separately.
Orders above KES 10,000 qualify for free delivery within Nairobi. For upcountry and international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Yes. You can collect your order from our Nairobi office. We will notify you via SMS and email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are held for 14 days before storage fees may apply.
Quality & Returns
3 questionsWe stand behind every product we deliver. If there is a printing defect, color mismatch from the approved proof, or material defect, we will reprint or replace the order at no cost. Quality claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if the product does not match the approved proof or has manufacturing defects, we offer a full reprint, replacement, or refund.
We use Pantone color matching for accuracy, but slight variations (5-10%) can occur between screen displays and printed output. For color-critical projects, we recommend ordering a printed color proof. We do our best to match your brand colors precisely.
Digital Services
3 questionsWe create digital adverts for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms. Services include e-poster design, social media ad campaigns, animated graphics, and monthly content packages tailored to your brand.
Yes! We design and develop responsive websites, e-commerce platforms, landing pages, and mobile applications. We also create product mockups and UI/UX designs. Contact us for a free consultation and project estimate.
We offer flexible packages: Basic (4 posts/month), Standard (8 posts/month), and Premium (daily posts + stories). Each package includes custom graphics, copywriting, and brand-consistent designs. Contact us for detailed pricing.
Account & Support
4 questionsClick "Sign Up" in the top navigation bar. You'll need your name, email address, and a password. Once registered, you can track orders, save artwork, manage addresses, and reorder easily.
Log into your account and go to Order History to see real-time status updates. You will also receive email and SMS notifications at each stage: order confirmed, in production, quality check, dispatched, and delivered.
