1. Introduction

Welcome to Aspire Graphics. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

Aspire Graphics provides printing, branding, graphic design, signage, and promotional merchandise services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion. Descriptions and images on our website are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the final product due to screen display differences and material variations.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will be honoured at the quoted price. An order is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit and approved your artwork.

Minimum order quantities vary by product and are displayed on each product page.
Custom quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Bulk orders above KES 50,000 may qualify for flexible payment plans.

4. Payment

We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa & Mastercard), and cheques for approved corporate accounts. A minimum deposit of 50% is required before production begins, with the balance due before delivery or collection.

5. Artwork & Design

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, logos, and content are of sufficient quality and resolution for printing. Aspire Graphics is not responsible for errors in client-supplied artwork. Design proofs will be provided for approval before production — once approved, we are not liable for content errors.

6. Production & Delivery

Standard production timelines vary by product and order volume. Estimated turnaround times are communicated at the time of order confirmation:

Business cards & stationery: 2–3 business days
Branded merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, etc.): 3–5 business days
Large-format signage & banners: 3–7 business days
Custom design projects: timelines agreed upon individually

Delivery within Nairobi is available at an additional fee. Upcountry and international shipments are handled via trusted courier partners, with costs communicated in advance.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not commenced. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds for defective products must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with photographs of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Aspire Graphics unless otherwise stated. Clients retain ownership of their submitted artwork and logos. Aspire Graphics reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aspire Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
